Performance Characteristics

DMT series grinding and dust suction table is an environment-friendly grinding table. According to the principle of aerodynamics, under the suction effect of exhaust fan, the powder dust and dust from workpiece grinding are sucked into the machine. The dust from grinding won't stay at the operator's breathing place, but will be quickly sucked into the main machine with the airflow of exhaust fan. The air flow with dust flows out of the machine through the louver through the exhaust filter system, and the dust particles fall into the dust box of the main machine after being filtered. It can be widely used in grinding, dust removal and material recovery in building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, electric power, machinery manufacturing, casting, auto parts and other industries, and can greatly improve workers' operating environment.

1. Set a baffle at the inlet of the grinding dust to prevent large particles in the dusty airflow from directly impacting the filter cartridge, thus prolonging the service life of the filter cartridge. 

2. The equipment does not need complicated installation, and it can be directly used after it arrives. The operation is simple and the instructions are clear.

3. The workbench and dust removal function are integrated, and the dust can be removed directly at the source of dust production, without complicated dust removal system in grinding workshop. 

4. The special filter cartridge for grinding equipment is selected, which is wear-resistant, long-lived, stable in performance, externally installed and easy to replace. 

5. Drawer dust box with good sealing performance and quick and convenient ash dumping.
