Performance Characteristics

1) Adopting advanced sinking flow layout and inclined filter cartridge structure, the dust collector achieves good synchronous cleaning effect during operation
2) The dust inlet is equipped with a dust blocking plate, which has buffering and wear-resistant effects, preventing dust from directly impacting the filter cartridge at high speed, thus extending the service life of the filter cartridge
3) The vertical installation of the filter cartridge makes it easier to disassemble and replace, and there are no transmission components in the dust collector body, minimizing its maintenance work. For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used for a long time without the need for replacement, eliminating the tedious work of frequently changing and washing the filter bag in commonly used bag filters, and saving a lot of maintenance costs

5) It is possible to expand the original combination and add dust removal units without making too many modifications to the existing equipment
6) Low pressure difference, reasonable inlet design, and reduced airflow resistance. Under normal conditions, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet flanges of the flue gas is only about 300Pa, and the optimal filtration wind speed is 0.5-0.8m/min.

Scope Of Application

Suitable for various dry dust, especially dust removal projects in industries with low inlet dust concentration.
Suitable for compressor intake filtration, it can be freely matched, installed conveniently, and saves space. Its unique closed structure prevents a large amount of moisture and coarse particles from entering. When the filter cartridge is replaced with a high-efficiency membrane filter cartridge and equipped with appropriate fans and suction devices, it can be used as a central smoke and dust purifier.
