The opening of the sand valve is controlled by air pressure, and its action process is that when there is an air pressure signal at the control port, the piston of the sand valve drives the valve stem to jack up, and the sand valve opens. By adjusting the position of the adjusting cap, the opening amount of the sand valve can be adjusted to control the sand flow rate, and the opening amount of the sand valve can be adjusted steplessly. In the sand valve, the valve stem and valve sleeve contacting with the sand are made of hard gold aluminum carbide, thus prolonging the service life of the sand valve.
This machine adopts the pressure-feeding sandblasting mechanism, that is, the compressed air flows at a high speed in the high-pressure tank to act as a high pressure, and the sand in the high-pressure tank is sprayed out through the sand conveying pipe, and then sprayed to the workpiece surface by the spray gun nozzle at a high speed along with the compressed air flow to achieve the purpose of sandblasting.
