Performance Characteristics

The design of this type of sandblasting room can solve your company's sandblasting equipment designed for dry sandblasting of different kinds of substrates and large-sized workpieces before coating. Operators only need to fix the products on the rack trolley, push them into the sandblasting cabin, and after one-click start, the workpieces will automatically enter the sandblasting room for automatic sandblasting, and then the residual dust on the workpieces will be automatically cleaned by automatically switching the blowing work, and the products will flow out of the sandblasting system, thus continuously circulating.

 Suitable abrasives are brown corundum, white corundum, glass beads, steel shot, etc.

 Suitable sand size is 24-300 mesh.

 The designed service life of the host is 6 years.

 This machine is equipped with two groups of automatic sandblasting tanks and two high-pressure automatic sandblasting guns. The sandblasting gun distribution device is located at the lower part of the connected sandblasting tank, and the sandblasting pipe can be quickly switched to different sandblasting system parts of the sandblasting tank. The sandblasting gun device can realize full-automatic 360-degree sandblasting without dead angle on the arm of a 6-axis robot, and one sandblasting gun is installed on a special independent sandblasting system as a special sandblasting system for manual supplementary spraying.

Using honeycomb sand suction floor technology and pneumatic conveying principle, the sand materials are recovered by using the aerodynamic force generated by the negative pressure of the fan, and then sucked into the sand dust separator through the pipeline for separation. The separated useful sand materials automatically fall into the sand blasting pressure tank and participate in the cycle after the next sand blasting meeting. The separated broken sand, welding slag, scale, dust and other useless sundries will automatically enter the dust removal system for filtration. At the same time, in order to ensure that sandblasting workers can have a clear enough line of sight during sandblasting, this system is equipped with an efficient filter cartridge dust collector, which adopts a scientific dust collection method to quickly suck the dust generated during sandblasting into the dust suction pipe and filter it through the efficient dust collector. The exhaust gas discharged meets the national environmental protection requirements.
