This series is hook shot blasting cleaning equipment, which is mainly used for surface cleaning of castings, structural parts, non-ferrous alloy parts and other parts. This series of cleaning equipment is divided into single hook, double hook, lifting and non-lifting types. It has the advantages of no pit, compact structure, high productivity, etc. The blast chamber adopts Mn13 wear-resistant guard plate, which effectively prolongs the service life of the blast chamber. The pill supply system adopts a special gas-controlled pill supply gate valve. The cylinder used by our company is a small and portable cylinder without pedestal and lug seat, which is more stable and reliable than the traditional cylinder with seat, and it is convenient and quick to maintain. Equipped with filter cartridge dust collector, the filter core is made of flame retardant material, and the pulse automatically vibrates to remove dust; There is a secondary cyclone separator, which can effectively separate dust agent from steel shot, reduce abrasive waste and wear of dust removal filter cartridge.

Scope Of Application

This machine is widely used in the surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of medium and small-sized castings and forgings in casting, construction, chemical engineering, motor, machine tools and other industries, including fragile and irregular workpieces, and it is suitable for cleaning slender and thin-walled parts which are not suitable for collision. By shot blasting, not only can the rust, scale and molding sand on the surface of the workpiece be removed, but also the internal stress of the workpiece can be reduced and the fatigue strength of the workpiece can be improved.
