Performance Characteristics

1. The large turntable rotates intermittently, while the small turntable rotates.

 2. The position of each spray gun can be adjusted according to the appearance of the workpiece.

3. The spray gun can swing or sandblast at a fixed point, and the swing speed of the spray gun and the rotation of the small turntable can be variable frequency and speed. 

4. In addition to the following products, various kinds of automatic sandblasting equipment and sandblasting production lines can be customized according to customer requirements.

Scope Of Application

Widely used in small household appliances industry, it is suitable for the batch production of sandblasting the inner and outer surfaces of plates, cylinders and square workpieces, especially for the batch production of the following products, such as glass lampshades, nonstick pans, electric frying pans, rice cookers, electric kettles, soymilk machines, heating plates, flashlights, baking pans, stainless steel hand basins, communication equipment and other workpieces.

1. Electrical components are selected from well-known imported brands (such as SMC Omron Mitsubishi, etc.). 

2. Add all kinds of safety configurations, such as (safety light curtain, dust-removing and explosion-proof and flame-retardant configurations).

3. The filter element is made of Donaldson brand.

4. The cam divider with accurate positioning can be selected for the positioning of the large turntable.
