Performance Characteristics

The machine adopts suction sandblasting, that is, the use of compressed air flow in the spray gun at high speed to form negative pressure to produce ejection effect, the sand material in the cyclone separator tank through the sand pipe into the spray gun, and then with the compressed air flow from the nozzle to the surface of the workpiece at high speed, to achieve the purpose of sand blasting processing.

Scope Of Application

1、 It is very suitable for automatic sandblasting of small parts that are not afraid of collision. Each batch can process a large amount of work.

2、 When operating, only the workpiece is placed into the ring belt quantitatively and the sandblasting time is set, then the automatic sandblasting operation can be started. The operation and maintenance are simple and easy to learn.

4、 The cyclone separator can fine-tune the sand material between 150# and 320#,with special effect and no loss of available sand material.

5、 the rotation speed of the ring belt, according to the needs of the work,there is a variable frequency device to fine-tune the speed control.

7、 controlled by the idling timer cleaning air gun, can set the idling blowing time,to clean the parts,and make sand material recovery more thoroughly.
