Features of power rotary sandblasting machine:
1. This machine is designed specifically for molds or large, heavy shaped workpieces. According to customer needs, it can be designed in both manual and automatic modes, and can also be integrated manually and automatically, making it very convenient and practical.
2. The trolley is equipped with two modes of automatic and manual entry and exit, and the load-bearing capacity of the trolley can be customized according to customer needs.
3. The size of the turntable can be customized according to the size, weight, and shape of the workpiece provided by the customer. The turntable rotates 360 degrees and has variable frequency speed regulation. It is also designed with both jog control and automatic control for easy operation and use.
4. When operating, simply place the workpiece on the turntable of the trolley, and the trolley will be electrically controlled to enter the working chamber to engage in sandblasting operations. It is very simple and labor-saving, and can be equipped with a timed heater to prevent the abrasive from getting damp.
5. The spray gun adopts angle swing or plane swing methods, and the swing can be designed with variable frequency control. The spray gun can adjust various sandblasting angles and distances, achieving good sandblasting effects.
6. This series of models is designed with automatic abrasive recovery and equipped with a cyclone separation system. Cyclone separation can effectively separate abrasive and dust, reduce abrasive loss, and provide product quality.
7. The control system of this series of equipment adopts Siemens PLC control, and various mechanical parts adopt interlocking devices, equipped with three color alarms and LCD screen fault reminders. The system is programmed and controlled, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Scope Of Application

This series of machines is suitable for surface processing of the following types of workpieces:
1. Mainly suitable for sandblasting (shot) processing of medium, large, larger, and heavier workpieces and molds: such as sandblasting of various medical molds, computer shell molds, plastic molds, automotive molds, gravity pressure molds, and other large workpieces
2. Suitable for single piece and batch sandblasting (shot) processing of small and medium-sized parts;
3. Clean the oxide scale on the surface of heat-treated parts, welded parts, castings, forgings, etc., and the cleaning quality can reach Sa2.5 level;
